- Personal data (name/email/phone number) may be collected from publicly available sources such as Linkedin, or from sources such as job-boards where the individual will have given consent for their data to be accessed by recruiters. This data will be stored and used to contact the individuals in order to present them with employment opportunities that will be in their interest to hear about, eg; better pay, promotion opportunity, better working arrangements.
